Plain-English terms for buying NARKY. Read them before you order — they cover payment, shipping, returns and your rights.

These terms
By ordering from NARKY you agree to the terms below. NARKY is a clothing label based in Melbourne, Australia. If anything here is unclear, email narkyfashion@gmail.com before you order.

Orders
An order is accepted once payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a piece is out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is handled securely by Shopify at checkout — we never see or store your card details. Import duties or taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and tracking is emailed once your parcel leaves us. Delivery times given at checkout are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Returns and exchanges
Unworn pieces in original condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange. Return postage is on the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Email narkyfashion@gmail.com to start a return.

Faulty items
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a piece is faulty, wrongly described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Product details
Colours can vary slightly between screens, and garments are made in small batches so minor variation in print placement and finish is normal, not a fault.

Our artwork
The NARKY name, mascot, sigil and all garment artwork belong to us. Don't copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission.

Your details
We only use your details to process orders and, if you opt in, to email you about new drops. We don't sell your data. See our privacy page for the full picture.
